Needles is kind of neat; there is architecture there that you won't find on the other side of the river.

Mohave Valley (where I live) is quite nice - large lots and homes. And it's a bit cooler here because we're concrete challenged. I think we're greener too. Lots of homes on wells which means I have grass and such. It also doesn't cost me an arm and a leg to fill my pool.
AGreed. I def like the old houses and CBD of Needles and even the part of Bullhead across from Laughlin.

You're right about Mohave Valley; it's also a bit cooler than Bullhead too with its green.

I live in the Laughlin Ranch part of Bullhead City and absolutely love it. It is so quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Coming from Michigan, the heat is way more tolerable that the humid Midwest states. Bullhead is very diverse in its population. There is a little bit of everything here. Plenty of retail nearby and the river/lake mohave are so nice to have close by. The schools here are getting better each year. MALC and YSA are highly rated charter schools and offer a lot for the kids. Would never move back to Michigan that is for sure.
