Default Anyone have information about Kachina Village near Flagstaff?

Looking at relocating to the Flagstaff area and heard about a place called Kachina Village. Anyone know about the place?

Default Kachina villiage

Was initially intended to be a second home community but filled up when housing in city got too expensive. Now is filled up with mostly year rounders. 7 miles outta town on interstate. Awful drive when snowing. Otherwise no big deal. Used to be cheap. Now is on par with city dwelling costs. 325k would be entry level house. Quiet if you don't mind lots of dogs barking.

Watch for KV listings in paper. This area has a great park with greenspace. Lived there for 4 years. Snow removal is great. Love the area. Trails in forest accessible from most areas. Great for people who travel to phoenix. Some areas do need 4 wheel drive during snow.

I lived grew up in KV. I loved it. It was the kind of place where you could really trust your neighbors. We would leave our doors unlocked. Its filled with bike trails. Its the kind of place that you can go back and run into your old neighbor.

Default Kv

To my knowledge there are no parcels that large available. Much of the land left for building is small parcels and expensive. Most of the open land is not really build-able (unless something drastic has changed).
I lived there for 20 years but left when they started talking about home owner association and paving all the roads (less dust but more way more dangerous in winter).
