I think it is a beautiful community and very well located. Our house is being built there by Shea, who seem to build quality homes. Beazer is also building in Seville.
On the down side, the HOA dues are not inexpensive and only include the walking/bike paths, tot lots and community maintenance. Everything else, (golf club, sports club), requires you purchase a separate membership.
