Valle Vista is a golf course community located 20 miles outside of Kingman. There's one small store and post office, and another gas station mart at the entrance. So expect to be traveling to Kingman for practically all your shopping needs. That's a long way to go, but it's an easy drive.

I'm constantly surprised at how huge the area is. I don't know how many homes, hundreds? Thousands? Property values are inexpensive, and the area looks fairly upscale. There's an association fee and a portion goes toward maintaining the golf course, and some non-golfing residents resent that.

There are a lot of retirees there, but there are also young families with kids because the area is safe and affordable. Most working people in the community commute to Kingman.

There, I think I've told you everything there is to say about Valle Vista. Good luck in your move.

There is no camelback mtn I am aware of. There is Camelback subdivision/ area behind the game and fish office on Stockton Hill rd.
That is my section of town.
Yes building close to a wash in my mind would be nuts, you can be having a beautiful day at your place but up the wash a few miles it could be storming. all of that water rushes down the wash and catchs many off guard.

Actually; there is a 'Camelback Mountain' in Kingman, head N on Stockton Hill Rd then turn left onto Jagerson.....the mountain is to your right.

My now ex and I had property in that area back in 1989.

Valle vista also has a pool and I believe a church. It is probably 15 minutes to Bashas, Payless, Kmart, etc. The schools also provide transportation for children in the Valle Vista development. I would not care to have to pull onto a freeway to go to the store or be so close to the train noise. You used to be able to get lots there for 4-5K and people hired contractors to build their own homes. I think this may need to be done within a two year time frame.
