Maybe northeast Phx, right next to the scottsdale border (tatum blvd). But then again a lot of the apts around there have converted to condos. Have you looked on an apt finders website to see what's available? If you checked out some apts online that you like, maybe post some addresses for us to tell you if it's a good area.
