Hello All, I am a physician(family medicine) looking to relocate; possibly to Arizona. I have been looking at Fort Mohave, AZ as a potential place to begin a practice. So, I thought I would ask the, "people-in-the-know" why I SHOULD move to Fort Mohave. (I've just noticed no matter what city I would read about there are always a few that seem to hate whatever city I am looking at.) I thought I might get a better picture if folks could give me some insight why this potential move might go well. I guess a more positive spin on deciding where to go.

I appreciate everyone's help with this.

You don't want to move to Fort Mohave. Just like you didn't want to move to all of the other random towns you've inquired about over the past two years, and then forgot about.

I lived in Lake Havasu for 14 years. Although, I don't know what it is like to live in Fort Mohave, I can comment on the good. Fort Mohave is a growing community, mainly retirees. You are not far from Laughlin, perhaps 15 miles, give or take and to Bullhead City. If you are into boating, you are not far from the river. Laughlin has entertainment and a few decent restaurants. BullHead Hospital is so-so. It has had problems in the past, I don't know if it is any better.
As in all of Arizona you get wind during spring and fall.
I now live near Prescott, AZ because the climate is more doable for me. I could no longer tolerate the extreme heat that Lake Havasu gets in the summer.
You also might want to check out the Quad City area: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Paulden, Dewey, Williamson Valley.

Well, they only include as the Quad: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Dewey and Chino Valley. But there is Paulden and Williamson Valley that is part of Prescott. Confusing, huh?
