I know some people that live in Seligman and yes the cement plant is a go and the government is willing to pay big bucks to some ranchers out there to put in windmills for power on their property. I am talking millions of dollars to ranchers.

Did you have to let the cat out of the bag?
You are supposed to do that when you get there and have secured your place inexpensively. Want to know more reasons to buy there? I will never tell but you are on the right track.

My husband and I own property in Bridge Canyon Country Estates. This is a very large development west of the town of Seligman, lying between I-40 and old Rte. 66. There are 24 "units" comprised of 1 mile sq. with units in between which belong to the state of Arizona. The first 5 units along with part of Unit 21, have electric service and most have phone service. The rest of the owners out here use solar or generator back up. This is a water haul area. Which means that you can have very reasonable water delivered to your storage tanks or you can haul the water yourself from Seligman. We chose to have a trailer and tank made and haul our own water. We are in Unit 5, which is approx. 1/2 mile from a paved road. We have a 3/2, site built home on 2+ ac.'s with enclosed metal carport and workshop. We have trees, flower beds and a large garden as well. Our home has been completely remodeled and due to health reasons, we are now advertising our home for sale on the internet.
There are very nice areas out here for spec lots, etc. If you would like some more info, please contact us at "For Sale By Owner".
