Default Contractors Near Seligman/Juniper Woods Area

Hi,

I recently purchased property (last month) in Juniper Woods. I'm in the process of having the septic system installed, it will be completed at the end of this month. Power is also being installed by A.P.S. this January to our property. After buying my property, grading/road work, and bringing in power, I've spent the majority of my funds for the next year on my new project.

I do have enough to erect a 20'x20' shed. I'm looking for a contractor to build this one for me. Can anyone refer a local contractor that they have dealt with? I've received bids from Prescott, Kingman, and Flagstaff contractors and they are way expensive. I'm in the construction industry, and live to far away, and work/travel to much to do it myself.

Thanks in advance for any references you can provide,

Tim

For the shed, up in Montana we had the same problem a need for a shed to store items. We located a local lumber yard with shed kits. We purchased it and they delivered it on site and we fired up the compressor and nail guns and had it together in a weekend.
Seligman is 75 miles from everywhere, flag, prescott and Kingman so make a choice deal.

Hello,

Our BEST recommendation would be the Birch's in Seligman. They are licensed contractors that do everything from septics to large scale construction and they are VERY reasonable. Any of the Birch boys there in Seligman can give ya more info.
Danny Birch or Joe Birch would be the ones to contact and both are listed in the phonebook. I cannot remember thier business name off hand but if i can find it or think of it then i will post it.
