Default A Welcoming Rain

It sure was a treat to hear rain on my roof in the desert. Enjoy!

None here. We'll see. They have overpredicted so many of these events recently that I am skeptical.

Yeah I got .28 inches out at J-6 yesterday, bringing the yearly total to 15.15 inches - which doesn't include a 2-3 days where the system was down but other nearby stations that were up received some significant rain. Average is about 14 inches/year out there, so this has been a good year rain-wise.

Got drenched here in So CA, water creeped up on patio, finally got the sump pump out I use to drain the hot tub to pump out excess water. Guess I don't have to wash the truck today

Hi MotorMaker, I'm glad to hear it's raining over there, you definitely need it.

It rained here in downtown Phoenix for a while. I haven't checked outside for a couple of hours, but it's good to see a little percipitation. I also hope the storm in California retains enough strength to give us some badly needed rain, even snow in the higher elevations.
