Attorney Reciprocity from NY to AZ (income, licensed, relocating to)

Hello All-
Our family is strongly considering relocating to AZ form NY (Westchesterr Co).
My husband is a licensed attorney, however due to his job (he works for the federal govt), is limited in his ability to actively practice law. Initial research on the azcourts.gov website, indicates admission by motion is an option for reciprocity. Not too clear on the criteria regarding active practice (if there is one). Must one meet a certain number of active practice hours and earn a certain amount of income within the last few years at the time of application? I am really trying to find out if anyone has gone through the admission by motion process at all and how was their experience with it?

I don't think you are going to get much response here, it's a fairly new process. In looking at the same website you did, I didn't see anything about a certain amount of income or hours. I'd just have your husband call the office listed on the website page and ask them any questions about the process.

Thanks for the response. We are contacting the office but was wondering if there were any folks with first-hand experience with the process.
