Lightbulb Looking to move to AZ

Iam looking at move to arizona in the next 3 years. Me and my husband are in are 30's we have kids that will be under 10 at the time of the move. We love to go 4 wheeling, camping, swimming. I would like a town with around 50,000 people, good school, low crime, shopping, eating out, safe to walk around at night. Along with thing for kids to do. (i know i want it all...lol) can you help me with the small towns. oh ya no snow....if iam going to move, I want to get away for snow and wind and the cold long winter months.

Where will you look for work? Our small towns all melt into each other, giving the impression of one big city. Small towns like Wickenburg would be more isolated but will have limited work opportunities unless you drive back to Phoenix.
