Default Manufactured housing

My wife and I will be moving to the Casa Grande area very soon. We already have our land purchased, but am wondering if anybody knows of a reputable manufactured home company. Have been looking at homes online from Cavco to Schult and Karsten. I'm sure they all have their upgrades, at a cost. Any suggestions/recommendations would be appreciated!!
Also, who lives in CG that may give us an idea of what to expect from this community. Have been there to visit many times, but never at great lengths. Am impressed with the small and friendly city. Since we are from the midwest, near St. Louis, we are extremely anxious to leave the snow and chilly temperatures behind us. HAPPY HOLIDAYS, OUTOFILLINOIS

Here's a thread you should find useful:

Manufactured vs traditional houses

I strongly recommend you purchase the books I mention in the thread. They are VERY useful. It sounds like you are already zeroing in on some of the better manufacturers, but there is still lots of good info to read in those books.

I hear many good things about the better quality of Mfg homes today than in the past. Cavco seems to stand out quite well. The only problem I hear from friends is that they are like buying a car, they don't hold the value as permanent built homes.

Not sure if it's still this way, but I've bought 2 Chariot Eagles (a doublewide and a park model) because their ceilings are 6" higher than the other brands. Makes a big difference when you walk inside, nice and open. If you get a park model, ask about a "shed roof" if you're going to add on an Arizona room. That way, you get a very high ceiling.

Default Manufactured Homes

I would check out Clayton Homes. If you get a chance go to the plant and take a tour on how they are built. I bought a Clayton Home and took the tour and would buy another manufactured home anyday. They are more than 4 walls and a roof. Very well built and Clayton Homes has financing in place.
Good Luck
