Default Santa Fe style homes in Goodyear area

Are there any subdivisions with some Santa Fe style or Arizona territorial style homes in the Goodyear area?

There's an area of 1/2 acre semi-custom Santa Fe's on Elliot Road east of Jackrabbit Trail. This is adjacent to but not part of Estrella. There are many custom Santa Fe's in Estrella - its the predominant style on the custom lots. Also, the style of homes being built by major builders like Ashton Woods out here now is a kind territorial Spanish/Santa Fe look for lack of a better term. They really look nice with second floor balconies across the front and lots of architectural detail. The newest homes and subdivs in Estrella are pretty impressive (in looks and prices too, though).

Not in Goodyear, but in one of the nicest settings in Phoenix area you can find a couple of spec customs in Santa Fe style for sale. This is along Indian Springs Road which is the road going to the Phoenix International Raceway from the west side. There is no subdivision here - just a couple homes going up with for sale signs out front, and it is probably in Avondale officially.
