The websites you posted have many teaching openings in Yuma. Couldn't have found them without you. Now does anyone know what the starting pay is out there? I know it's rather low, but how low? I have to move there no matter what ...

My friend, a fourth year fourth grade teacher in District One, started in the high 20's with an MSEd. She says she makes considerably more than that now.
