Where to purchase a rental condo?
Hello everyone. I am looking to purchase a rental condominium in Arizona, which I intend to rent at the outset, and to which I would like to eventually retire. I am not looking to exceed $200,000, and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations in areas where you can easily rent and that would be nice to retire. Good amenities would also be a big plus.
