This tragedy is both disgusting and completely unnecessary, Yumadons.

It is about time we cut the PC BS and adopt a SHOOT TO KILL policy with anyone disrespecting our immigration laws and our Border Patrol Agents (or any of our Law Enforcement Officers) while entering this country ILLEGALLY.

It's amazing Bummer, and it's very tragic that a BP agent lost his life because of our government's inability to secure our border.

I'm sure most of you heard about the two Border Patrol agents, who are in prison just for shooting and injuring a drug smuggler in 2005. The MinuteMan and other groups have tried their best to convince the government to free the two agents, who had every right to shoot the smuggler because of his failure to comply with orders they gave him and he continued to act in a threatening manner.

What got to me this morning reading the news was a Swedish businessman that wrecks a 1.5 million dollar Fararri gets deported. Kill a cop or a border agent and you can get a pass/get out of jail free card. Nuts.

Yep, Mike, how could anyone forget that travesty of justice?

I have faxed and called our deadbeat leaders a bunch of times trying to get Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean pardoned and released.
