Im not too sure if scorpions are repelled by lavender or not to be honest. The man youd need to ask is Tom van der Ende (
Scorpions), who is incredibly knowledgeable about those kind of things (he's a scorpiologist). I suggest you contact him (contact info is on his page) and if he doesnt know, he'll know someone who does. Another wonderful source I used was Dr. Victor Fet at Marshall University (

Scorpions have highly sensitive sensory organs under their bodies called pectines. The pectines are the little fin-like structures on their ventral side that sweep down when they walk and pick up scents, etc. It is a possibility that they might be repelled by lavender, but if they are, its something Ive never heard of in the scorpion-enthuisiast world before.
