Congratulations! I know there's been a lot of construction in that area. Is N. Bank paved that far out yet?

I am showing Bank only runs out there from Calle Castano to Calle Bequita. Fountain Hills rd is the diagonal that gets you close by.
Looks good on my maps sits at 3500' elevation.
Glad you found something here.
Is there power and water or off the grid and haul your water?

power is there it is paved all the way in as stated you exit stockton hill on to cactus wren and catch calle castr.... it is water haul for now but theier is a company applying for building a subdivision on otherside of bank street and would bring water system to this neighborhood. I'm excited it will be fun for me and the family to build our own home. I need to find a local blue print company as we have our home designed in punch home arcitect just need it turned into actual blue prints. lot slopes slightly to the SE so it will make septic runs and house drainage perfect and shallow as to land level

Don't forget that LAND in certain parts of Arizona is going back to the way it was in the 1980's. Cheap and plentiful. The foreclosures are some of the highest in the nation. It will take at least 5-10 years for parts of Arizona to recover from this real estate fallout.
Also, banks are most likely NOT going to lend on land. Vacant land is REALLY speculative and banks are requiring 30% minimum down, as they expect land prices in some areas to drop another 10%, so they are covering themselves.
You can get some great deals now, but you better have CASH/LIQUIDITY.

Good place for car guys. Kingman has alot of classic cars. Your talk'n just 6 miles from town. Taxes r low, property is fairly cheap, u can build big garages. Sounds like fun.
What more did u want to know about the area????????????

And; the sad irony is that the shops in the Kingman do not believe in paying proper wages.
When I was living in Mohave County some years ago; I was offered a job in Bullhead City doing brake, suspension and alignment work for about 30% more money than Kingman.
Bummer because I actually prefer the latter city (at least downtown from Beale St to about where the Mohave County Courthouse, etc. are).

property @calle & bank
Just curious if gorillaman ever got around to starting to build, we will be neighbors if so. I bought at Calle Blanca and Cherum. Also where did you find out about the water coming in? I've been dreading drilling a well. Any info would be appreciated, although I'm not very computer savvy, I can look up some things.
Thanks
