kyte15 is on a distinguished road
welp ive never lived in prescott but ive been there a few times, things ive noticed about the place

the cost of living is way more affordable there
they cut down some of the trees
they welcome big box type stores
its warmer
it seems atleast to me to be bigger there, with a somewhat small town feel

flagstaff

way more expencive. housing, rents and just about everything else required for living
colder
they drive big business out of town unless its a hotel
they dont cut down trees/ or throw a fit if they are cut down
poor road planning
in the wintertime you can bet milton avenue and all those streets that have the hotels&resturnats get plowed before any neighbourhood will

overall i'd probably go for the prescott area
