I already know those thugs are in prison, but you forgot that they were tied into Al Qaeda.

To others who hassle me about relating the names Obama and Osama, well keep in mind that Obama's father is a Muslim, and his mother is an athiest, but Barak had a Muslim upbringing, which is scary.

Look at Obama's voting records on Middle East policies and you can pretty much get a good idea on how things might go with him as president.

On the subject of Socialism, yes the evil that I see in it is it will cost all of us hard-working Americans. It should not be up to the government to fix social issues, it's been tried and we ended up with a big mess called Welfare. That's why I'd prefer to see McCain in the White House instead of Obama, or any other Democrat with a socialist agenda.

Again, I'm not a big fan of McCain when it comes to illegal immigration, but I do agree with him on other items.

More BS fear-mongering. Get your facts straight. Those claims put forth by Insight (a Conservative magazine - gee go figure) that Obama was brought up a Muslim have long since been discredited and shown to be BS.

what are YOU doing to fix the social issues, or who are you thinking should do the fixing? Are you going to send back your Social Security Check when your recieve it someday? Should we cancell pulblic schools, thats a "Paid by the Government". When your home catches on fire, do you want to call your neighbors over with thier garden hoses to put out the fire? Hope so because in your world the fire department is doomed. Do you want to hire your own security for your neighbor hood, and fire the Police department? Do you want to go to home depot and get some tools and cement and build your own roads. Do you want all these people who need public assistance turning to the a life of crime to be able to put food on the table. Do you want the Feds to stop regulating your food (if you can afford food these days), and just serve up your sausage with pieces of rat droppings in it. NO individual or corporation is going to step up and take care of these things. Sometime you do need government.

I might aslo remind you that it was your Conservative government that created Osama in the 1980s. Your GOP that put Sadam in Power. Our dems created the monster called NAFTA but you get the majority of the credit of the condition of the coutnry now.

TO your wierdest point. Just because Obama has Muslim back ground does not make him a terrorist. Good god man, turn off Sean Hannity and Rush and catch the BBC or CSPAN for a change.

Okay, just to cut through the "Obama is an undercover Muslim terrorist" implications crap, lets just step back and take a look at some facts.

Obama was born in 1961 in Honolulu - nearly 50 years ago people. It IS true that he spent 4-5 years as child living in Indonesia - moving there in 1967 when he was 6 - during which time he spent a couple years going to an Indonesian public school and a couple years going to a Catholic school - returning to the US when he was 10. This means he was in Indonesia during a period of his childhood in the late 60's and very early 70's - longggggggggg before radical Islam was ever even heard of by most people.

Back then the 2 big international issues were predominantly the Vietnam War and secondly the Israeli-Arab wars. Arab terrorism was in it's infancy and at that stage had NOTHING to do with a world-wide jihad. In those days it was ALL about the Israelis and the Palestinians - which was HALF a WORLD away from Indonesia - where islamic fundamentalism was barely known (Jemaah Islamiyah wasn't founded until 1993). Darul Islam - the precursor of JI had been pretty much wiped out in 1962. So, the upshot is that Radical Islam was not nearly the force back when Obama lived in Indonesia that it is today - that had to wait until the Soviets invaded Afghanistan and the US began to build them up to challenge the USSR forces there.

So whenever these silly comments come up about Obama being educated in a Madrassa come up - remind yourself "That was 40 YEARS ago - how much of an issue or factor was Islamic Fundimentalism wayyyyyyy back then? It DID exist, but it was pretty much of a non-entity in any significant way until after the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979

The world of the late 1960s and early 1970's was NOT the world of today and Arab Fundimentalism was largely unheard of.

McCain is ahead simply because of his centrist views. He keeps reachong over to the left to gain favors of the left and that gets him more votes (It's too bad no one on the left reaches to the right). And Valley Native, in the minds of a left wingnut, if you're pro life, married, against gays, and Christian, you can't be a Democrat.

Along with the Navajo ca. 1000 AD------they were immigrants then as well and most likely conquered the prior indigenous peoples already here.

Besides: being that the Aztecs, etc were conquered by the Hispanics-------using your reasoning, they would need to leave as well

At the time he was reelected, most voters had no idea of his pro illegal immigration policies. But I guarantee you, if he were to run for the senate again, he'd be out of a job, unless of course a worse candidate comes along.

We'll just have to wait and see how he does in the presidential elections.

There's a big difference between "not pandering to" and "hating".

Unless, of course, you're a democrat with the media on your side.
