Town on the Navajo reservation. Very, very poor. The highway heading into the town is littered with trash for miles and miles. They're on their own reservation time zone several hours different than the rest of the state. Place to fuel up on the drive to the Four Corners area. Attraction worth noting: the Burger King in Kayenta has a museum dedicated to the Navajo code talkers in WWII. Definitely worth a stop to see if you're passing through. Why do you ask?
