Tourist beware is on a distinguished road
I lived in north Kingman for many years. It took me 45 minutes to get to the area the new mall in Bullhead city is. It took and hour and quarter to get to Lake Havasu, and that was going the "83" you suggested. There is a target going into the Bullhead City mall.

No. it is an outdoor mall like any strip mall you see in any corner in any large city in the southwest.
The mall is similar in design to the mall in Kingman where albertson and walmart used to be.
The mall in Bullhead city is much bigger and will offer far more choices in shopping.
