Default Would like to move from OR to Arizona

Got a little bit info...from a friend about Wilcox, Benson, Bisbee, Dougless, Sierra Vista, and Nogales.

He made mention that if he were to move to Arizona he would check these places out.

Does anyone have any info...about these cities?

Were wanting about 2 to 5 acres outside of town.

Ron

If you want desert property (hotter and dryer) those are all possibilities. Bisbee is a fascinating old mining town, now a tourist area. Cute... and close to Tombstone, which is actually rather pretty desert area. Benson is about the same but less touristy...picturesque but desert. Sierra Vista is the nicest "looking" of those spots, in my opinion. I have no idea of the cost of land in those areas...check on-line with one of the realtor spots. If the landscape and summers bare what you are looking for you will not be disappointed in those towns...but be prepared if you are coming from green, cool Oregon

Nogales may be anything, but it's not "nasty hot." It sits at an elevation of 3,865 feet.

Of the towns you posted, I would say Sierra Vista or Bisbee.

I would check out Prescott also. It really depends on what you're looking for, as in job market or retirement...
