Interested in buying a rv lot in a good area that will accomadate 2 units. Any ideas on better areas or parks would be appreciated or if anyone knows someone who is interested in selling their lot would be appreciated.

I checked out quite a few RV resort parks in the NW valley of Phoenix for my parents including one that is near Anthem. The best one is Happy Trails on Bell in/near Surprise and Sun City Grand. Happy Trails is so amazing that even my parents were in awe, and they've been to many RV parks around the US. You can rent or buy a lot there.

At Happy Trails Resort you can only have one unit per lot. But this park is as nice as their is in Arizona . I should know as i work as a real estate agent there. If you need any infomation on the park let me know.

Here are some sites with listings. Most don't let you park 2 rv's though. One rv and 1 or 2 cars maybe.

RV Lots For Sale, RV Resorts Lots For Sale

RV Lots For Sale

Arizona Lots For Rent
