My mother-in-law has offered my wife and I "5.34" acres of property in Arizona Park Estates, Unit 3, lot 241 (206-13-241). I think it is located between St. Johns, AZ and Sanders, AZ. I have been trying to map this land. Where is this property? Is it even liveable? Help?!?

Hi,
Arizona Park Estates Unit 3 is located mid-way between Sanders & St Johns AZ. It's just north of the Witch Well Ranch Trading Post and RV Park at the junction of highway 191 & 61. Go west down county maintained road 7230 about 6 or 7 miles and go north on the dirt roads to the subdivisions of Arizona Park Estates. Some people live there in a very rural setting with off grid homes. Mostly though, RV'ers get out of the Phoenix heat and go there to camp on their lots. It is beautiful country on the ridge of the Colorado Plateau at about 6300' elevation in the middle of the cattle ranches of the Navajo Nation. The land is a mix of meadows and Juniper forests with views for miles. In the higher elevations up to 6600' and down the riparian areas pinion pines grow to about 25' or 30'. During the rainy season though, only take a 4 wheel drive for muddy fun. See the Apache County website for obtaining a plat map to further locate your land.
