Default New Guy on here......

Hi everyone. I have been lurking here and there are alot of great posts. I am planning a trip to Kingman to check some properties to the south of Yucca in May. I can not wait to see the area and enjoy the scenery. I look forward to living "Off the Grid". Hopefully it is still cheap enough to achieve on a Military retirement. LOL

Thanks for any advice on things to see in Kingman while I am there.

Gib

Thanks for the welcome. Well I would be buying the land right now. If I buy it I will not be using it until I retire in just under 10 years. So I have some time before putting up a home. I am trying to pull off the trifecta.....Do a 20+ year military career, buy land and a house, never have to work again at the age of 40..........Hope this works....LOL It better! The wife will kill me if it does not.

Motley- You are very welcome.

I will be looking for 20 to 40 acres. 40 being preferred. Thanks. I have located a couple parcels at Stagecooach Trails that have attracted my interest. Thanks if you know of any others please lead me toward them.
