Wild Flowers are in full bloom this year. The landscape is awash is seas of colors!

We drove to Tortilla Flats yesterday (north of Phoenix - up the Apache Trail). The drive was wonderful.

Try it.

I was really disappointed by the flowers this year. We went back into drought in March and then it got warm and burned everything up. The flowers have been much better than this in years past. I haven't been up Apache Trail and by the time I can do that there will be nothing left. Maybe next year. Palo Verdes and cactus will bloom soon, they are always dependable.
