Default Move to Vail

Hello,

I am considering a move to southern Az. Last summer we looked at homes in the Vail area. Not a lot of services there. My question is how would I find out the different taxiation areas. I am considering this area to also retire in (15 years or so down the road). Thanks!

According to city-data.com, Median real estate property taxes paid for housing units with mortgages in 2005 in Pima County: $1,389. You could also interrogate tax valuations at the Pima County Assessor's office Office of The Pima County Assessor. I pay about $1200 for about 1600 sf on a city sized lot near Vail. Services are growing very fast around Vail. In 15 years it will be unrecognizable. 27 Aug 08
