It looked promising in Scottsdale in the evening, but didn't get any rain. Just dust.

Well, the day before yesterday we had rain in the morning and then again in the afternoon, some good thunder and stuff.

Yesterday it kind of rained all day too. It must have gotten pretty wild in Lakeside because when I got home from work, the clocks were flashing. AND, my cable modem was dead .

We got a nice amount of rain yesterday evening! No damaging winds for a change either.

I really need to get a rain gauge, because I'm not quite sure how much we got.

We're getting off & on rain. Good thunder this morning. Now it's just cloudy & gloomy. According to the newspaper, it's going to be mostly cloudy with some rain the rest of the week.

1.46" inches of rain in Chandler last night. (per Maricopa county website). Got hit with one nice storm cell, then a little over an hour later it swooped around and got hit again. Standing water in my backyard for a while. The lightning was fantastic!

Same here. The rain was a 'nice' one. My poor daughter is a day sleeper though and the thunder kept waking her up. It didn't last all that long.

Got decent rain in Scottsdale, accompanied by tropical levels of humidity. That might have been the most humid Ive ever felt it here, I would guess 80% humidity with a 75+ degree dew point. It was NASTY.

Yeah, the humidity is gross! Glad it looks like it'll be drying out a bit in a few days.

Hope you didn't get any of that damaging stuff I saw on the news around Cave Creek and Central Phoenix last night!
