In Flagstaff- Looking for other adult Trans Culture Kids or Military Brats
Hi! I am looking to form a group of adult TCK's, (Trans Culture Kids), CCK's, (Cross Culture Kids), Army Brats or Missionary Brats in Flagstaff. If you are any of these, please post here and we can find some way to get together.
TCK/CCK's are people that were either raised in other cultures besides their passport or birth country or were exposed at early ages to foreign cultures within their own passport cultures. Military Brats (children of military service persons) or Missionary Kids or Diplomat's Kids all are included. If you were raised in a different culture for a significant period of your youth and if you don't feel like you fit in anywhere, you may be a TCK/CCK.
If you don't fit into your passport or home country but you also don't fit into the other cultures you have lived in, this can make you feel lonly, different and misunderstood. If you want to talk to people that understand that you speak more than one language and that you have traveled all over the world and that won't hold it against you, you need to get together with other TCK/CCK's. Please post if you live in the Fkagstaff area and are a TCK/CCK.
