Where to live??!! Gold mining claim near Parker... Want to deal Poker at a Casino!
Here's the story.. My husband and I have a bought a gold mining claim near Parker Arizona. Our plan is to move in about a year. He will retire as a gold miner and I want to deal poker at a casino. We are trying to decide where to live in close proximity to the claim... We've thought of Laughlin, NV. Not sure about Parker as we know nothing about the city. Has to be a town where there are casinos.
Any suggestions? I'm watching this post intently!
Many thanks!

Thank you Havasu. We already have a mining claim. Just trying to figure out where we can settle in a "city" in close proximaty to the claim which is a few miles east of Parker. I want to Deal Poker so it'll have to be a place where there are casinos....

Thanks Jetset! Does this casino stay busy with such a small town as Parker?

Chemehuevi casino
Also there is the Chemehuevi casino across the lake from Lake Havasu city - again has a couple of tables. Lake Havasu is 30-45 min north of Parker. Parker to Laughlin is about 1.5 to 2 hour drive.
