Default Tough Times For Lake Havasu ?

There might be some tough times ahead for Lake Havasu. But I also think most Citys are having a tough time not just Havasu. My Home

I am not surprised; housing prices in LHC exploded starting ca. 2001-------they went too high too fast.

I agree with you and the house prices have not fallen very much compared to other areas. It looks like it is starting to fall now,the question is how far will they fall? Time will tell...
