Default Arizona Daylight Savings ?

ARIZONA - In a state haven't use DST (Daylight Savings Time) for 41 years. The state should follow daylight-savings time and would eliminate confusion and boost commerce. To follow the DST will benefit commerce such as transportation, commuter patterns, and get radio and television signals.

INDIANA - The state now is observing (Daylight Savings Time) DST.

In 1784, Benjamin Franklin’s idea to use more daylight hours more productively by adjust the clock.

_______________________________________

Arizona need to observe DST during between March and November. Since this state do not observe DST, which means they are 1 hour behind. The Navajos nation in Arizona do observe daylight savings is on MDT and the rest of the state is on PDT, which follows the California time. You may want to check on Sunrise, Sunset Calendars and Local Time and most of USA have daylight after 8pm.

Advantages daylight savings for Amtrak, Airlines, Freight trains, other transportations, sports including Arizona Diamondbacks.

The heat will not make any difference during the summer. Nevada, New Mexico, and Texas heat remains hot and the states observe DST.

Farmers hate daylight savings and they have activated peoples' lives.

I like DST, too. Alas, it's not about to happen here.

Um, I'm not confused, are you? How does it eliminate confusion? Where are you from? This state does just fine without DST. It's always the people who move here who want to change it, but we are fine with it. I think our summer days are long enough.

I like being on the same time as California and wish we were year 'round. It is nice not having to deal with that hour when traveling to and from there. I also do not want to have to wait until 9pm for the sun to set. That makes no sense at all in this climate.

We don't need to change anything.....thank you very much. We do just fine with the time. If its too confusing maybe visiting somewhere else might be a better idea for you. . Works for us.

No kidding! It makes NO sense at all! What we really want is the sun to go down a little earlier so maybe it will cool down a bit, not have a longer day! This is the dumbest thing I've heard this week. This has to be coming from someone who doesn't live here.

Climacus is on a distinguished road
I find Daylight Savings time confusing and don't know why anyone would want it here. "Delaying" twilight until 9:10 PM in the summer would be crazy and have the opposite effect of what's intended. Everyone knows that in the summer you wait until AFTER the sun sets to go outside and walk around, more daylight in summer evenings just means it doesn't cool down any until you've gone to bed.

Heh, thinking about climate, it might even be cool to have a "Reverse" DST for the summer, Sunset at 6:00 or something.... of course much too complicated.
