Housing Prices in Flagstaff?
We were thinking about moving back to Flagstaff but wondered how much the housing prices have dropped these past several months. No webs sites seem to have up to date info so I'd be grateful if someone can point me to some updates info. Thanks!

Easiest way is to go to Realtor.com or one of the other MLS sites and see what is available in your price range. All the reports end up conflicting with each other...checking the RE market will tell you the most.

Answer: values have dropped, prices haven't. Get the right seller, you might get a decrease of 6% or so from this time 1.5 years ago.
