Hey, It's better than here in New York, where it is almost mandatory to speak Spanish in order to get any sort of decent job! We recently moved back here from down South, I tell you it is a disgrace.

Most good job postings here also say "Spanish Speaking preferred"

I've seen the same here in northeast PA, the line usually goes "Bi-lingual proficiency is a plus+!" Also, "Must be proficient in written and spoken Spanish" or "Non-Spanish speakers need not apply". That last line really p***** me off!!!
