Hopefully, but with budgets getting tighter every year states will look for more places to get money. Arizona is already trying to sell the State Capital building to help with this year's budget short fall.

We are a little over 4500 feet above sea level here so it does get cool in winter.

6mil plastic covers the yards, then crushed rock on top. Anything that makes it through that gets a dose of "Roundup"!

Thanks. No it is one street over from the gold course. I did not like the idea of golf balls bouncing off the house or through the windows.
