Helldorado Days is the annual October (?) celebration in Tombstone.....

for those worried about being close to Mexico, don't.....just stay aware of your surroundings, know your neighbors, use common sense...Sunsites/Pearce is many miles from Mexico and, though crossers certainly come thru the area every day, they aren't out to cause trouble or be seen....

Price, your stories are fantastic.....I assume Price Canyon in the Chiricahuas is named after your family?....

there was a question about Pearce vs. Sunsites.....Sunsites is the large development, covering many square miles, on the east side of the Dragoon Mts....it was first developed in the 1960s and was somewhat one of Az's famous land-fraud cases back then....Pearce, the original settlement in the area, is still the PO name for the area, including Sunsites....(may be wrong about some of this)

Default re: Helldorado Days in Tombstone

I stummbled upon Helldorado Days a few years ago when I visited Tombstone. It was the day before the event and alot of "old timers" were coming into Tombstone dressed in period attire. It's always a blast when you can dress up and be someone else.

Sounds fun.
Have to be sure and check it out when I'm down there that time of year (one of these days).

Thanks for the heads up.
