Actually Steve, I've felt the EXACT same thing you described on numerous occasions (as my wife has so often commented).
Thought it was pretty funny actually.

The challenge:
Find me some posts where I proclaim to be some "expert" about AZ. Please, Im really curious. I dont post on threads I cant answer honestly on or dont have extensive knowledge about certain things. I dont purposely mislead anyone, I dont tell tall-tales about myself or the places Ive been, I dont give out false information. If you have a problem with me posting on the AZ boards just because I dont live there, that just means you need to lighten up. We have out-of-staters posting in the Chicago boards all the time, but unless theyre flat-out lying about something, Im not gonna jump down their throats. What I say about AZ is what Ive personally observed, nothing more, nothing less. Ive never, ever, ever proclaimed to be an "expert" on the state either, so please, dont say that I have, because well, then youre lying.

Okay, everyone stop picking on Steve-O. Yeah, I know, he comes across as a "know it all" when it comes to creepy crawly things, but I actually think he does know what he's talking about -- even if he is a bit of an extremist -- just take what he says with many grains of salt. Personally, I found his gastrointestinal anecdote funny. Too bad he doesn't know a great hockey team when one slaps the Black Hawks in the face!! GO WINGS!!!!

No, I gave up selling my condo right now. The value just kept going down and down and down and since I'm not one of the "unfortunates" in Mich who have to sell, I'll just hang on for a year or two and hope that things will turn around. If not, then I'll probably end up giving it away, only cuz I want to move to AZ so bad I can actually taste the dust storms! How about you? Any luck? Are you going to AZ this year?

So, I guess the message here would be that I shouldn't pay anyone to take me on a vortex journey?

Keep in mind the entire US market for houses is down right now. Sure, you'll be selling at the bottom. But you'll also be buying at the bottom of the AZ market as well. Should come out to a wash, no?

Thank you.
Sedona is a strange town. Its full of retired rich folks, and tons of **** poor smelly hippies selling crystals and crap. I do love the scenery there, no doubt, but didnt feel a dang thing at any of the vortex spots. I pick up a far more spiritual vibe in New Mexico than Sedona. Sedona is just too touristy and tacky for its own good. Add a few waterslides and you have the Wisconsin Dells in red rock country.
Oh yeah, its Blackhawks, not Black Hawks. Well, it used to be Black Hawks many years ago, but has since changed back to the single word spelling that Fred McLaughlin originally intended when he formed the team in the 1920s. And I hope you enjoyed the arse kickin we laid on you guys this year.

Based on the quality of some of the responses you received to your post, if I were you, I would seek info from a different source. You may not need to pay anyone to take you on a vortex journey but this is hardly the forum that should shape your decisions.
