Stumblina
I still have it up for sale it's been 14 months, I have lowered the price about $14,000. I too am not one of the poor folks who have to move or loose, I just really want out of the MI weather. The older I get the harder it is on me, I won't be making a dime on the house but I see the market in AZ is also low so it will be even or at least that is how I'm looking at it.
hope all goes well for you

Badland wonder is on a distinguished road
Having lived in Sedona during the time the vortexes were "discovered", and having hiked to all of those areas previously, my friends and I were very curious about this "new" vortex phenomena. We discovered that a bottle of vortex elixir would help "feel" the things that were described. Our personal elixir was Jose Guervo gold.
Hiking in the areas I was asked a number of times if I knew where the vortexes were. My response was, you will know once you are there. Most of the Sedona back country is inspirational. Go where you like and thoroughly enjoy what the beauty has to offer. Do not worry about the spot...it is everywhere. Do not specifically pay anyone for a vortex tour. Just a regular tour would be fine.
