Default Property mangement in Bullhead City

I was wondering if anyone had any experience with any of the residential property management companies in the Bullhead City / Fort Mohave area. I am considering renting my house and I wanted to know the GOOD and BAD from any renters and owners that have used any of the local PM compaines before I make my decision. Thanks.

Default Property Management

I've rented from Buck Reynolds and QMC. I liked QMC way better as the staff was friendlier and we got our deposit back! Not so with Buck Reynolds! Our last rental a couple of years ago was through QMC. Very professional staff and they listen to your concerns and try to work with you. My sis had problems with Buck Reynolds, too. She didn't get her deposit either. And there were things that were supposed to be fixed up in her single wide trailer's add on that never got done. I believe QMC is still on Lakeside? Buck Reynold's is on Hwy. 95? My sis also went through QMC and she also never encountered any problems with them.
