Need rental ASAP (Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa: apartments, income, work)

Need a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home, with fenced yard, to rent around $800.00 a month.
Have 1 dog, 1 cat, and responsible 9 year old son. I own a home in Ohio, am an excellent renter and know responsibilities of home ownership.
Just getting started in AZ.

You should be able to find that no problem provided you don't mind commuting 300 miles to work.

You need to provide details on where you intend to work and where you intend to live. I suspect your $800 a month is unreasonable for popular areas, particularly for a 3br 2ba home, and nevermind the fence. Maybe a double wide...

There are some new apartments in Surprise called Encantada and I believe that they were starting around $750 for first time renters. Very nicely done.

If you find a home for $800 a month like that let me know. I am paying way more than that and am a single mom also. Rents are ridiculously high here compared to where I came from.

In Queen Creek There Are A Lot Of Homes For Rent, Or Possibly Even To Buy Right Around Your $800/mo Limit. Check Into it. The Johnson Ranch area is very nice, ad well as Copper Basin area. I Know There Are Some Right In My Neighborhood! Queen Creek A Great Little Town 30 Miles Se Of Mesa. Low Crime, And A Gorgeous Small Town feel that's Close Enough To The City! A ton of rentals!
