How did you make your assessment? Judging by a gas stop? I too have been around a lot of the country by car, and also lived in Kingman for five years. It's a beautiful town with some great neighborhoods which I can guarantee you that you didn't see from your gas stop. We've been gone 10 years, but are still friends with some of the great people we met there.

The only place in western AZ that a person should even consider is Havasu. Theres a ton of money in that town. Which helps keep the meth heads down.
The out-skirts of Lake Havasu City have the same desert-rats living in trailers that Kingman has on the out-skirts. It's the desert, and land is cheap. Only LHC is full of rowdy rich spoiled kids from LA in the summer with their $1M show boats raising hell. The traffic in LHC is horrendous. That being said, I could live in either town and be happy.

How would you say the Clack Canyon neighborhood is? Iḿ thinking about buying land and building a house.

Fort Mohave summers absolutely brutal by any metric, Kingman winters tolerable by most people's metrics unless you are really sensitive to cold, like I am.

Mohave County, AZ is not the place to live if you want any semblance of culture, or you aren't a far-right, Trump-worshipping conservative.

Kingman is mix of good and bad. If you are coming in on 93 from Vegas the first parts of Kingman you will see are a dump. Downtown Kingman has seen some revitalization, but west of the train tracks is a big no. Not to mention Butler and Birdland. There are good neighborhoods too. Havasu does have desert rats too (i.e. Creggy Wash), but Havasu PD is far more pro active then Kingman PD. Havasu has been one of the safest towns in AZ for years.

This is all you need to know about Kingman. Heaps of trash, dilapidated front fence, broken down vehicles in the backyards, etc. Honestly, half the city needs a demolition and rebuild from the ground up.

While currently living in Lake Havasu, and previously living in Bullhead City as well as Fort Mohave and Laughlin, NV (Everything is so close, lol) I would definitely say that Kingman would be the way to go if you're truly concerned about the weather aspect of things. With Kingman being further north making the weather more tolerable especially during the summer months.

Best way to rank them based on the map/area

Weather - Best to Worst
Kingman, Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Lake Havasu

Visual Appeal - (Subjective but...) Best to Worst
Lake Havasu, Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Kingman

That's actually Butler which is an unincorporated area where the house prices run around $50K - $100K.

This is actually Kingman. https://www.trulia.com/p/az/kingman/...01--2075958136

And this: https://www.trulia.com/p/az/kingman/...01--2075957495

And this: https://www.trulia.com/p/az/kingman/...01--2075957311

And this: https://www.trulia.com/p/az/kingman/...09--2075991643

So why would you show a dump and claim "it's all you need to know about Kingman", when there are thousands of beautiful homes in great neighborhoods there?

Why would a beautiful person not get rid of its tumor?

Your representation of Kingman continues to be a one sided one. The homes you show are a small percentage of the home stock in Kingman, and most are more like this:
