So here is my question, How much fluoride is in the Yuma water system? Who decided to put it in there? Did the public have a say in this? And why did they decide to put the fluoride treatment in it?

It was added as a result of public demand (voted in 2001), and they add 0.7 milligrams per liter (mg/L). There's more detail here:
