Cochise has a much better climate. Plus you get the monsoon in Cochise which many times means it cools way down in the afternoon when the monsoon hits.

Sierra Vista:

January 62° / 33°
August 89° / 65°

Kingman:

January 55° / 32
August 95° / 68°

Yeah, but don't overlook the mid-west style of humidity that comes along with those monsoons.

If you are only looking at these three areas, I'd say Golden Valley. Land is cheap, and you are close to services in Kingman. Topock is a cess pool IMO and in the middle of nowhere...but maybe that's what you're looking for. Topock is half way between Bullhead and Kingman, and you will go to either location for everything. All three are about 1-1.5 hours to Las Vegas and its bigger services including the airport. Next closest big airport is probably Phoenix.
