how is the neighborhood in N Jewel St., Kingman (new home, established neighborhood)

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking of relocating in N Jewel St., Kingman in a few months. Any ideas on how the neighborhood is? I heard it's a safe and nice place to stay with. Thanks!

It's a good area. Quiet, neat, nice residential, neighborhood. Close to the the Andy Devine exit off I40, very close to the new hospital being built (MedCath). Also close to the proposed new freeway interchange and shopping mall. There are both new homes in that area, as well as pretty nice established neighborhoods. I think N. Jewell is a new subdivision of modest sized houses, on small lots. Not sure which school district that is. I think for the money, you can't go wrong in this area.
