Try Golden Valley
I grew up in Lake Havasu, although I'll admit I haven't been there for a visit since 2000. I don't believe there was any zoning in the city limits at that time for mobile homes, but out in Golden Valley, north side of town there were plenty. Might be worth checking out.

First of all, Golden Valley is a LONG way from Lake Havasu. Golden Valley is about 80-90 miles at least from LHC. Maybe "ArizonaGirl" was talking about Golden Shores which is about 30 miles from LHC, however I'm sure you can find what you're looking for right inside LHC.
I'm assuming you're talking about RV Parks not mobile home parks correct? If so, yes there are RV Parks.
Crazy Horse Campgrounds Inc
D-J's Rv Park
Desert Hills RV Park
Havasu Falls Rv Resort
Islander RV Resort
There are more as well. Just go to msn, click on yellow pages and type in rv parks and lake havasu city, you'll get all the results and ph#'s.
There are also Rv Parks in Parker and Quartzsite as well in case you want to travel and check things out outside of Lake Havasu. We have plenty of RV Parks here in Bullhead City/Laughlin as well.
If you are actually talking about "mobile home" parks, there aren't too many in either place. There are rv parks that allow smaller "park model" rv's, and there are a couple of rv parks that already have full size mobiles, but not real mobile home parks.

The reason you won't find a lot of mobile home parks in the area is that there is a lot of land zoned for mobile/manufactured homes. Most people own the land their mobile homes are on. No rent costs, easier financing and easier to resell. Also, a lot of the "rv" parks in Golden Valley, Bullhead and Kingman, have a lot of long time residents. I'm not sure if that is the case in Havasu.

LHC RV Parks
Thanks for all your responses. We are coming from a Park Model home in an RV park in Florida and want something similiar in Arizona. We are not set on any certain location. We plan to head that way in February and shop around. Thanks again.

I don't know if you're already in Havasu, but check out the trailer park out on the 'Island'. It's across the street from the old airport and right next to the lake. We had friends that had trailers there and it seemed really nice.
