AZGOLFER is on a distinguished road
Thatcher is about 2.5 hours away from Mesa...you just head east on U.S. towards Globe and it is about an east of Globe on the U.S. 60...the Morenci/Clifton got so much snow that Phelps Dodge Mines had all of there workers stay home for the day.

Don't be mislead by all this talk of snow. It's true we got snow in February '07. One 70 year old Safford resident that I know remarked that they had never seen so much snow there. The last time we had snow like that in Morenci was 1997. And it usually only lasts a couple days at the most. Even that much snow can't fight the Arizona sun.

All of this talk of snow close to the end of June.. Kinda makes me wanna turn off the A/C and put on my winter clothes..
