Or for a doctor or dentist, or to a hospital, or a mechanic... not all "goodies". Must cost a lot to get appliances, A/C, etc. repaired, too, with the travel time.

If you like driving that much, go for it... have a really reliable car! Come out and look at Wikieup, and then decide.

In the winter, not much snow shoveling in Wikieup, and the summers are cooler than Kingman. From NYC to Wikieup Arizona, everything is different.

From NYC to Kingman would be plenty different, too, and you'd still have groceries and an ER if you needed one.

I didn't know it was noticeably cooler in Wikieup than Kingman. How much cooler in the summer?

Wikieupi is hotter. It's at 2,000' elevation, compared to Kingman which is at 3400'.

Yes Kingman would be cooler in summer than Wickieup, but there will be no big air liners will be coming in for landing at the Wikieup airport. However people could have their own landing field, right next to their trailer home, and if they dont feel like driving into the big city of Kingman for 45 minutes, they could fly there in 15 minutes.

Well I was working in Wikieup again today, the temperature was about 10 degrees warmer than Kingman, I have seen people living in Mobile Homes, Stick frame houses and travel trailers there.
Will return again the morning
In regards to large planes at the airport are just a lot of yellow DSL planes on the ground parked in storage.
