Looking for my idea of "perfect"
weather .
4 distintly different seasons, with lots of color changing leaves in the fall.
ANY type of winter.
ANY winds or storms.
summer NOT over the 80's with LOW humidity.
does this exist in Arizona, and if so, where?

Arizona's north country (including the aforementioned Show Low) has mild summers, and fall foliage, especially aspens, cottonwoods, sycamores, etc. Like the rest of Arizona, humidity is not very high in this region.

I agree with Flagstaff. Some leaf color change, but nothing like youll find in, say, Vermont. Id check into places in Colorado, higher up in altitude.

Flagstaff is probably the best fit, but Vermont, Maine, UP of Michigan and a bunch of other places in the US would all have those conditions at a fraction of the cost of living of Flagstaff. Why look in AZ for such a thing? Our forte is warm winters and endless sunny days.

Yeah, the UP of MI is the best bet, even though its economy is a joke and its pretty isolated.

At times, yes. Doesnt stick around long though, and the UP is cold enough that you dont really notice it, even when the humidity levels are high. Ive been there in July and had to wear sweatshirts at night!
