Default A little helpful advice for those of you looking for a place to rent in Yuma.

Do yourself a huge favor. Stay AWAY from the Regency Square Apartment complex. Most of the decent people who used to live here have left. Now, they seem to be renting to loafers. I have been having huge problems with neighbors partying and drinking at all hours of the day. If you are a working professional, this is a problem because you need to wake up early for your job. In other words, if you want to sleep, STAY AWAY!!! Then, you can smell you neighbors cigarette smoke coming through the air conditioning vents. My doctor thinks I may have asthma so this is going to be a problem for me. If you are nonsmoker, this is not the complex for you.
